How conversions are counted
One conversion is one file converted, counted when the conversion succeeds. A batch of ten files is ten conversions. The counter resets on the first of each calendar month — no rolling windows, no surprises. Failed conversions never count. Files are kept for 72 hours after each conversion, on every plan.
